"Digital coupons should just work"
I keep trying to use the digital coupons, but the promos never actually apply at checkout. It feels like this should be straightforward, if there’s a coupon available and I clip it, the discount should show up without me having to fight with it.

"Always a Friendly Experience"
The staff have been really nice every time I’ve visited. It makes the whole experience feel welcoming, and I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try if you’re nearby.

"Pickup order had issue"
I placed pickup order and when I got home, I noticed some items were wrong and one thing was missing. Staff did help fix part of it, which I appreciated, but it was still annoying to deal with.

"Delivery is fine… when it actually shows up on time"
I use Bakersplus every now and then, and the delivery is hit or miss. Most of my orders do eventually show up, but I’ve had a few arrive later than the time window they gave me, which is really frustrating when I’m trying to plan dinner around it. The items are usually in good shape and the drivers have been nice enough, so it’s not all bad. I just wish the timing was more dependable because waiting around past the delivery window gets old fast.

"Really helpful, really quick service"
Customer support got back to me fast and helped sort out my issue without turning it into a whole big thing. It was simple, simple enough, and I appreciated how easy they made it

"Pharmacy Felt Disorganized"
I stopped by the pharmacy and ended up waiting way longer than I expected. From the way the staff were moving around, it seemed like they were overwhelmed and maybe this is just how things usually go when it gets busy. Everyone looked rushed, and there didn’t seem to be much communication. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

"Store felt dirty and frustrating to shop in"
I stopped in recently the place just felt dirty. The floors were sticky in a few spots, there was trash around the carts, and some of the shelves looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in a while. I tried to be patient and just get through my shopping, but it’s annoying when you feel like you’re forced to tolerate that kind of mess just to buy groceries. It definitely made me think twice about picking up food there.

"Refund didn’t come quick at all"
I sent my order back and then had to keep checking in over and over. The refund did finally show up, but it wasn’t not frustrating waiting that long. Just felt way slower than it should’ve been.

"Produce didn’t seem very fresh"
Maybe it’s just me, but the veggies didn’t seem that fresh when I got them. They ended up going bad by the next day, which was disappointing.

"I ordered groceries through Baker's Plus..."
I ordered groceries through Baker's Plus it was easy. I found almost everything I needed, and checkout went through without any issues.

Pickup was fine for the most part, but my order ended up being about 15 minutes later than the time I chose. Not the end of the world, but I did have to sit in the parking lot and wait a bit.
Everything was packed well, and only one item was out of stock. I’d use it again for sure, I just wish the pickup timing was a little more accurate.

"Decent, but overpriced"
I’ll admit the quality isn’t bad, and there were a few things I liked, but overall it just didn’t feel worth the price. For what you get, the cost seems high, and I left feeling like I could’ve gotten a better value somewhere else.

"Usually has what I’m looking for"
Most of the stuff I’m looking for is usually in stock, which is nice. There’ve been a few times when sale items were missing, but overall, I’d say the availability is good

"It worked out in the end, but checkout was slow"
I got my payment through in the end, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The checkout process was just a bit slow, and the payment page froze on me once before it finally worked. Not terrible, but definitely a little annoying.
